We are lucky enough to be able to source all of our flours from within 300 miles of the bakery. We work directly with our grain farmers, ensuring they are paid fairly for their care and hard work, while also supporting our local food system and offering a superior bread both in flavor and nutrition.

 

YPSI SOUR - a classic sourdough loaf, versatile and crowd-pleasing

COVER CROP PORRIDGE - similar to a multi-grain, using crops that help replenish the soil

MI CHERRY MAPLE - our take on a cinnamon raisin loaf, made with local maple and cherries

SESAME - super toasty and nutty, super flavorful

DARK RYE - a true Scandinavian style rye bread. Packed with flavor and super filling. Slice thin, toast, and top with all your favorite extras

SEEDED - packed with toasted seeds and a little coriander and fennel seed, making for a super savory and flavor packed sandwich style loaf. Available Sundays only.

BAGUETTE - classic baguette with a twist. Slow fermented with sourdough with a little addition of yeast for that classic baguette taste

PASTRIES - Our pastries are designed to be both tasty and sustaining, more like a snack than a treat. All are made with whole grains and also highlight a diversity of grains and produce from our local farmers.

Our current menu includes Oat-cran cookies, corn-cheddar muffins, sourdough bialy, rye teacake, savory handpie, buckwheat financier, black emmer-pistachio cookie, einkorn molasses cookie, rye brownie, sourdough focaccia with seasonal produce.
